Marketing Research Officer
(Jakarta Raya - Tanjung Duren, Jakarta Barat)

Responsibilities:

Analyze market survey method, STP (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning), SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat), 4P (Price, Product, Promotion, Place), Customer characteristic and Customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
* Good knowledge about market condition and property development in many sector.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Tanjung Duren,Jakarta Barat.
* Experience min 1 year in property field (developer / property consultant).
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
* Full-Time positions available.
